Products
All products displayed on our website are subject to availability. We make every effort to accurately display the colors, features, and details of our products. However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display will accurately reflect the actual product. Product descriptions are provided for informational purposes and do not constitute medical advice. UNFADED products are intended for external use only. If irritation occurs, discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional.
Pricing
All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price. Applicable sales tax will be calculated and added at checkout based on your shipping address.
Orders
When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity. Order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. Acceptance occurs when your order is shipped and you receive a shipping confirmation email.
Shipping
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. UNFADED is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns of unopened, unused products within 30 days of the delivery date. Returned items must be in their original packaging. To initiate a return, contact us at support@unfaded.com. Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return policy requirements.

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product designs, and software, is the property of Barney Global LLC and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or create derivative works from any content on this website without our prior written consent.
