Free Standard Shipping
All orders over $50 ship free within the United States. Orders under $50 incur a flat $4.95 shipping fee.
Standard Shipping
Estimated delivery within 5–7 business days from the date of shipment. All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Express Shipping
Need it sooner? Select Express Shipping at checkout for delivery within 2–3 business days. Express shipping is available for $9.95.
Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to all 50 United States. International shipping is not available at this time. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified when we expand.
Returns
30-Day Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
How to Initiate a Return
Contact our team at support@unfaded.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label within 1–2 business days.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
How to Exchange
If you would like to exchange a product for a different item, please initiate a return and place a new order. This ensures the fastest processing time for your replacement.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@unfaded.com. Include photos of the damage and we will send a replacement at no additional cost.
